A one-way price will include a single journey, either from your arrivel airport, to yoir destination ou from your destination to departure airport. A return bookingn includes both the arrival and departure transfer. Unless stated otherwise, individual veicules will accommodate up 3 adult passengers.
Infants and children do count in all vehicles as one person as they take up a seat belt place. Children under 12 years old must use a child seat. Please inform us if are children among the passenger in order to provide the child seats.
Individual instructions will appear on your booking confirmation, which is generated automatically and is emailed to you once you complete your booking. If for any reason you cannot find your vehicle upon arrival, then call the number listed on your booking confirmation, we will be more than happy to help assist you.
The price paid does not include a tip. As is standard across the globe these days if you feel your driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.
TempoVip hold full public liability insurance as do al of suppliers. We do however recommend that you hold a valid recommend that you arrive at the airport a minimum of 90 minutes before departure time. TempoVip does not accept responsibility for missed flights due to clients not booing the vehicle with enough time to spare. In the event of any flight changes, please inform TempoVip 48 hours before departure.
The times quoted are the standard journey times on a normal day. These times may alter slightly in high season when there is more traffic or road works affect the direct route of the journey.
You will be notified if there is any anticipated delay to your journey.
Most of TempoVip vehicles are able to accommodate a suite case and piece of hand luggage per person. If you are travelling with excess luggage for example wheelchairs, golf clubs, skis or any other out of the ordinary items, it is imperative we are made aware as extra charges maybe applicable. Failure to do so will result in additional charges incurred by the passengers locally.

TempoVip reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be the influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to be abusive and could pose a threat to driver, the vehicle or the other passengers.
If your details change prior to the departure simply contact us on 00351 21 099 30 06 / 00351 91 832 81 79 or email us at the following geral@tempovip.com and we will emend the detail accordingly. You will e responsible for any increase in the transfer price if the new destination is further away from the airport.
You may cancel your booking at any time and cancellation charges may apply. Our cancellation policy can be found on the terms and conditions section of the website.
Your driver will be informed and collect you at the new time.
If your outbound flight is cancelled please contact us on 00351 21 099 30 06 / 00351 91 832 81 79. By advising us of the flight cancellation and any details of your arrival, we will be able to reschedule your transfer. Please note extra costs may apply should the new arrival time attract night rates charges or there has been airport change.
TempoVip operate a complete non smoking policy in all vehicles used.
